- Both too hot the hold, as well as "glowing pink" from all of the heat

- Apple doesn't want OGG formats because of patent issues
- Google and Opera are reluctant to use H.264 because of royalty fees
- Microsoft hasn't even committed to even recognizing the tags

Microsoft's lawsuit against TomTom more fundamental than an alleged patent violation.
- By forcing TomTom to license the patent, they would be violating Section 7 of the GPLv2, thereby forcing them to either violate the GPL or switch to a non-Linux platform like... Windows Embedded!
  - That's convenient...
- So the Windows 7 enthusiasm for Micro$oft couldn't last...
